Due to the nature of digital products (codes and activation keys) that are delivered electronically and cannot be restored after detection, ShoBox (affiliated to trad Abdullah Eid al-Rashidi trading establishment) adopts a clear policy that guarantees the rights of the customer and the store according to the following items:

First: cases of acceptance of the return or exchange request

The customer has the right to request a refund or replacement of the product in the following cases:

• The presence of a technical glitch prevents the code from being fully activated after checking the problem.
• Failure to receive the digital product within the period indicated in the product description.

Second: cases of non-acceptance of the refund request

The refund request cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• If the code was sent, it works properly and was used.
• Purchase of a product that is not compatible with the account area, since the area is clearly indicated on the product page.
• Entering the wrong contact data (WhatsApp number or incorrect e-mail), which leads to the non-arrival of the product.
• Change the customer's mind after receiving or using the code.

Third: refund request steps

• Communicate with technical support via WhatsApp and provide us with the order number and a photo showing the technical problem.
• The application is examined within a period of up to 48 working hours.
• If approved, the refund will be made via the same payment method. The refund process usually takes from 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider's policy.

Fourth: product arrival

We strive to get the customer the product he paid for.

In the event of a technical problem that prevents access to the product, the:

• Resend the code, or
• Provide a suitable alternative solution, or
• Processing the order according to the above refund policy.
